Created in 1997 by Chalene Johnson, this empowering workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, yoga, and simple dance moves. Turbo Kick® is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to customize their workouts. Learn the moves as you go, carving lean muscle and torching fat. Each class starts with a tai chi like warm up, followed by combinations of kickboxing, strength/endurance training, ab work, and a PiYo style cool down. No bags, no gloves, just results!
