Alandis holds certifications in personal training (NASM) and Les Mills CXWORX. He is also CPR certified. Teaching and attending group fitness classes challenges him to perfect his skills, while constantly learning new training ideas. He is serious about fitness, and will motivate and encourage you to reach the goals you set. We are thrilled to have this ambitious, dedicated instructor as one of our team!
Beth has studied with world-renowned teachers of yoga and is 200 hr RYT certified. Recently she obtained her certification in Reiki and will continue to broaden her education in the mind-body practices. We are proud to have this experienced instructor leading our members in the practice of Yoga.
Caleb is highly trained studying under teachers Kino MacGregor and Kathryn Budig. He has practiced Ashtanga Yoga 6 days a week for several years and is constantly expanding his knowledge through books, videos, and training. We are thankful to have such a talented instructor at our studio.
Zumba Coordinator & Instructor
Chelsea is a licensed Zumba instructor and certified in Strong by Zumba. She believes exercise can be enjoyable through dancing and she fills the room with music and excitement. Using short verbal cues and guiding hand gestures she leads the class in direction and movement.
Cheryl is certified in Les Mills – BODYSTEP and leads a challenging class with modifications for beginners. If you're ready to make a change in your fitness routine, Cheryl's enthusiasm will lead you toward your goal.
Daniel is a certified Les Mills BODYPUMP instructor with several years experience. He has high regard for the magic of group fitness and is devoted to helping others reach their fitness goals. He believes unity creates energy, accountability, motivation, and ultimately leads to success. We are excited to have this exceptional instructor on our fitness team.

In addition to black belts in Karate, Gabe is a licensed massage therapist, with certifications in personal training (NASM) and Pilates. He enjoys teaching individuals and/or classes delivering a workout that is both challenging and positive. His extensive experience allows him to focus on the details of each movement or skill, helping participants achieve success. We are happy to have this remarkably accomplished trainer on our team.
A Missouri native Judith has called Columbia home for more than two decades. Dancing and swimming by the age of 5, she is no stranger to physical fitness. Over the years she has been active in gymnastics, dance, swimming, running and group fitness classes. This veteran fitness enthusiast has been a member of health clubs from coast to coast for more than 30 years.
Our clients benefit from Kaitlin's study in hospitality. She is willing to go that extra mile to make them feel welcome and comfortable. Evaluating your schedule, goals, and budget, she will help you find a path to better fitness. Kaitlin also knows her way around a computer, and is organized with tremendous attention to detail.
Keely is certified in Les Mills BODYPUMP, PoundFit, Beachbody Turbo Kick, Strong by Zumba and Insanity. While leading others toward fitness goals is her purpose, she strives to make classes fun and attainable for everyone. Her smile and energy are contagious as she guides you through the moves.
Group Fitness Manager & Instructor
Kristina is a highly trained group fitness instructor with certifications in Les Mills BODYSTEP, BODYPUMP, and CXWORX. In addition to fitness classes, Kristina has been teaching dance since 2001. She is the Jazz Director and Competitive Dance Team Co-Director at Dancers’ Alley in Jefferson City. Come check out some of her awesome classes and experience exercise with a new perspective. We are excited to have this gifted instructor motivating our clients.
Marcia is certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and is qualified to teach aerobics, step and mat classes. She is also certified to teach Golden Hearts Senior fitness classes and leads a running clinic for new fitness walkers and runners. Now that she is retired, Marcia has devoted a lot of time to inspiring folks to get fit and stay fit.
Kid Central Director
Now that she has raised her own children, she is eager to join our team and care for our children as well as yours. Dedicated and loving she has a kind spirit, gentle manner, and comfy lap. We are honored to have this marvelous lady leading our child care team.
Melissa is highly trained in several programs including Pilates, ballet, modern dance and Yoga. She includes variety in her Yoga classes incorporating elements of hatha, vinyasa and kundalini. Her goal is to detoxify and energize the body while releasing unconscious tension. We are privileged to have Melissa as part of our team helping clients achieve better health in mind, body and spirit.
Seabrook is a certified 200 hr-ERYT instructor, and is also certified in PIYO Strength. She completed her yoga training at West-East Natural Healing in St. Louis, Missouri under the guidance of Dr. Jaime Sanchez. She traveled to India to study Ashtanga Yoga at the Sri K. Pattahbi Jois Astanga Yoga Institute in Mysore. Her soothing voice and detailed instruction encourages everyone in class to become connected with their own body. We are delighted to have this accomplished instructor guiding our members toward better health in mind, body and spirit.
