She plans to become certified in other Zumba programs in the future. We are happy to have this saucy young lady on our fitness team.

Judith Wildman

A Missouri native, Judith has called Columbia home for more than two decades. Dancing and swimming by the age of five, she is no stranger to physical fitness. Over the years, she has been active in gymnastics, dance, swimming, running, and group fitness classes. This veteran fitness enthusiast has been a member of fitness centers from coast to coast for more than 30 years. While it seemed joining gyms to maintain physical fitness was the ultimate goal, she eventually realized it was much more than that. It became apparent the group fitness programs challenge you physically, the social interaction uplifts you, the camaraderie refreshes you, and the friendships support you. In a nutshell…we excel when we satisfy our needs emotionally and mentally, as well as physically.

Using this knowledge she focused her ambition, driving nature, and attention to detail toward a dream facility that would offer all these things.
